Charleston's newly-opened Palmetto Hotel on Wednesday introduced its new Lobby Bar Provisions menu featuring bar snacks, small plates, and a list of Holy City-inspired cocktails.
Guests can enjoy options like spiced pecans, Olinda olives, a charcuterie board with all the fixin's or Callie's Pimento Cheese, served with a platter of crudités and crackers. Guests can also indulge in Pearl Street Caviar with crackers and crème fraîche.
The drink menu includes a selection of handcrafted cocktails (like the passionfruit and rum-based Lowcountry Sunrise and the violet-hued Wisteria Fizz, made with locally distilled Nippitaty Aurora Gin), locally brewed beers, and wine.
The bar is open to the public daily at 194 East Bay Street, Monday-Thursday from 4 pm to 11 pm, Friday-Saturday from 11 am to 12 am, and Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm.
