Press Release
Fetter Health Care Network (Fetter) will be hosting two COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Charleston County on June 2 and 3. Both clinics will administer the second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. According to the Emergency Use Authorization, individuals 16 years and older can receive the Pfizer vaccine.
“We are continuing to serve our community by providing access to all in need of the COVID-19 vaccine,” said Aretha R. Powers, DHA, CEO of Fetter. “We hope to announce additional vaccination opportunities in the coming weeks.”
Currently, Fetter is administering the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine at the clinics listed below. Please note, second-dose clinics are intended for individuals who received their first dose vaccine at a previous Fetter clinic.
Fetter's upcoming clinic dates include:
Individuals who qualify should arrive at the clinic and complete an on-site registration. Fetter is also now accepting appointments, which can be scheduled by visiting the SC DHEC website. Individuals are requested to bring a state-issued photo identification and insurance card, if applicable. Fetter serves both insured and uninsured patients.
Individuals are asked to anticipate a moderate wait time, as previous clinics have been well attended. It is also encouraged that recipients refrain from arriving prior to 30 minutes before the start of the vaccine clinics.
Fetter will continue providing updates on its COVID-19 vaccination clinics at FetterCovid19Screening.org/vaccine-clinic and on social media channels. For more information on Fetter's health care services and locations, visit FetterHealthCare.org.
