CARTA’s Free Pass Tuesdays, a weekly bus pass giveaway, will begin on July 8th.
Passes will be available at randomly selected CARTA bus stops around Charleston. Riders should keep their eyes on CARTA's Facebook page and Twitter account for clues about when and where the passes will be given away.
