Sorelle will welcome internationally-recognized food and travel writer, Paul Feinstein, for a special cocktail class on Saturday, February 10th at 2 pm in celebration of his new book, Italy Cocktails: An Elegant Collection of Over 100 Recipes Inspired by Italia.
Feinstein and the Sorelle bar team will host an interactive and educational experience where he will share his expertise on Italian cocktails, engaging with guests, and personalizing books for attendees. Ticket holders can expect hot tips on crafting Italian classics like Aperol Spritz and Negroni to details on unusual and decadent dessert drinks.
Tickets are $105 per person (exclusive of taxes + gratuity) and include a flight of cocktails, canapes from Chef Nick Dugan and a copy of the book.
