Rudy Royale, the downtown restaurant located at 209 E Bay Street, today shared some details on their new summer menu.
“This is my favorite time of year to be a chef because I really let the ingredients drive the menu," said Executive Chef Macready Downer. "During summertime in the south, you just can’t beat fresh peaches and tomatoes, which is why you’ll find them here throughout the season.”
New menu items include:
- South Carolina Peaches with prosciutto, goat cheese, pecans, and watercress
- Heirloom Tomato Salad with burrata, basil-almond pesto, and balsamic vinaigrette
- Loaded Hummus with olives, feta, tomato, roasted peppers, everything flatbread
- Swordfish Asada with summer squash, salsa verde, and avocado crema
- Wood Roasted Salmon with romesco, cauliflower, farro, and lemon
- Prime Rib Melt with mozzarella, caramelized onions, arugula, horseradish sauce, au jus
