Park & Grove announced the details on their new Seasonal Spring Cocktail Menu that was created by Bar and Cocktail Program Manager Amelia Ellis.
The downtown eatery says they believe in “embracing the freshest local produce and creating innovative flavors that reflect the bounty of each season which is why both our cocktail list and menu evolve seasonally.”
Here’s a look at new offerings:
- The Garden Spritz – vodka, cantaloupe, mint, honey, lemon, soda
- Violet Eyes – butterfly pea blossom gin, herbal aperitifs, grapefruit, lime
- Strawberry Lane – strawberry infused rum, lime, pineapple, cherry, soda
- Velvet Devil – mezcal, lime, pineapple, canton ginger, bitters, orange
- Espresso Chaitini – anejo tequila, espresso, rumchata, mole bitters, nut-meg
- Seasonal ‘Cello – house-infused grapefruit limoncello
