The Flying Biscuit Cafe is launching new menu items next month. Starting on Wednesday, May 1st, The Flying Biscuit will begin offering Chilaquiles and Churro French Toast.
For a limited time, the Flying Biscuit is offering their spin on the breakfast classic, Chilaquiles. They're made with thick homemade tortilla chips, cooked in salsa verde, and topped with marinated steak. The Chilaquiles are served with two sunny-side-up eggs, white cheddar cheese, sour cream, avocado and cilantro.
Flying Biscuit’s Churro French Toast is classic homemade french toast that is grilled with cinnamon sugar and topped with warm chocolate sauce and powdered sugar.
