Can you believe it? The Mellow Mushroom in Summerville is almost one year old! On October 25th, the pizzeria will celebrate its birthday by transforming their parking lot into a county fair complete with carnival games, cotton candy, beer, and adoptable animal from the Frances R. Willis SPCA. The festivities will continue into the night with an adults-only costume party.
The outdoor fair will run from 2 pm until 6 pm and will feature cotton candy, a variety of beers, and classic fair games like balloon darts, ring toss, cornhole, and more. There will also be face painting, a bounce castle, and a pumpkin painting station. All games are free to play.
In between the fair and the adults-only party, patrons can enjoy a live acoustic performance on the Mellow Mushroom patio.
The adults’ costume party will kick-off at 9 pm with DJ Dynamik. The shindig will include a photo booth, a competitive costume contest for $100 in house cash, Drink specials ($5 car bombs, $3 fireball, and $12 domestic buckets), and more.
