If you couldn’t score tickets to the Cook It Raw “BBQ Perspectives” event on Saturday, you can still meet a few of the participating chefs tonight. Williams-Sonoma is holding a discussion with Chef Albert Adria, Chef Sean Brock, Chef Ben Shewry and Cook It Raw founder Alessandro Porcelli. Copies of the Cook It Raw cookbook will be available for purchase and the chefs will sign them.
The discussion will be held from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the store on 359 King Street. The event is free, but space is extremely limited, so it’s recommended that you call Williams-Sonoma in advance to secure a seat. The store number is 843-805-4051.
