The James Beard Foundation’s 4th “Taste America” national culinary tour will stop in the Holy City for two days in November. Charleston is one of ten American cities that receive a visit.
Things kick off on Friday, November 4th at The Cedar Room inside The Cigar Factory with A Night of Culinary Stars, an exclusive dining event benefiting the James Beard Foundation. T he evening begins with a walk-around tasting reception featuring cocktails and hors d'oeuvres from local chefs and restaurateurs. The reception is followed by a four-course dinner created by a Local Star Chef and Dan Barber, a multiple James Beard Award winner and Taste America All-Star.
