The honors keep coming for Husk – the downtown restaurant was recently chosen as one of America's 60 Best Bourbon Bars by The Bourbon Review, an industry publication.
The magazine created the list for its 6th anniversary issue. The selection were broken down by the following regions:
- Bourbon Country
- Midwest region
- Northeast region
- Southern region
- Western region
Obviously, Husk was selected as a representative for the Southern region. It was the only restaurant from South Carolina to be chosen.
“The criteria for the list was simple,” said Justin Thompson of The Bourbon Review. “The bar needed to prominently display Bourbon, educate patrons about Bourbon and provide a superior selection. The winning bars also have a reputation for creating both unique and traditional Bourbon cocktails.”
