Following the launch of Salt & Shore, the debut cookbook from Chef Sammy Monsour and Kassady Wiggins, the Charleston based chef/mixologist duo will host a celebration with CudaCo. Seafood House. on Sunday, June 30th from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Monsour and Wiggins will sample bites and drinks at CudaCo.’s first ever cookbook pop-up, highlighting the book’s exploration of over 120 coastal-inspired recipes. Guests can experience the flavors and recipes from Salt & Shore with sustainable seafood dishes, including local yellowfin tuna, BBQ Grouper Cheeks, and the El Diablo mocktail.
Open to the public, the outdoor event will offer a chance to meet the authors behind the book, sample their creations, and even pick up a signed copy. Tickets ($35 per person, available in advance or day-of) are available by calling CudaCo. at (843) 789.3105 or in person.
