Farm Haus Butcher & Beer Garden
- Offering a Thanksgiving pre-order menu now through November 20th
- Pick-up will be Monday, November 20th through Wednesday, November 22nd from 11:30 am to 10 pm
- Families can order a la carte sides like mac and cheese, creamed gratin potatoes, brussel kale salad, coleslaw and more, available in quarts, pints and half pans. The restaurant is also offering two family meals that feed four to six people each:
- Thanksgiving Family Meal: brined and fried turkey breast, mac and cheese, creamed gratin spinach, sausage and sage cornbread dressing, smashed potatoes and gravy, praline bread pudding. $195
- Sausage Sampler Platter: an assortment of sausages, eight pork belly skewers, three jumbo pretzels, pimento cheese, beer cheese, ritz crackers, haus pickles, stateline hot sauce. $150

- Catering menus include two options:
- The Major Feast (serving 12-15 guests for $224.99) or the Small Gathering (serving 4-6 guests for $129.99)
- Options of whole smoked turkey or half smoked ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans, broccoli salad, dinner rolls, dessert (Sweet Potato, Fudge, or Pecan Pie) and more
- The restaurant also donates $5 from every Thanksgiving Meal to local charitable organizations dedicated to fighting hunger

- Guests can select from either the Beef or Turkey Wellington, both of which include a side of Nico’s potato gratin and haricot verts with mushrooms and are designed to feed 4 people. Each meal is prepared in advance by NICO’s culinary team and sent home with detailed instructions to make each dish ready to serve
- Beef Wellington dinners are available for $325; Turkey Wellington dinners are $225. Limited quantities are available.
- You can pre-order online and select a pick-up time on either Tuesday, November 21st or Wednesday, November 22nd. Each meal will include start to finish instructions with a video link that will walk you through getting your meal ready to serve on Thanksgiving.
