Now that Workshop has closed, former tenant Blazing Star Cafe has moved into a commercial kitchen and is taking part in weekly pop-ups.
The business is producing wholesale bagels from Tuesday through Friday, and started a weekly Sunday brunch pop-up at Charles Towne Fermentory. Blazing Star Cafe will be there this Sunday, July 4th, from 10 am to 3 pm. They’ll also be there on July 11th and 25th, but not on July 18th.
Blazing Star Cafe serves bagels, babka, waffles, pretzels, and a toast made with strawberry reaper butter, ricotta, and summer fruits. You can see their full menu here.
