Amen Street’s Hemingway Mojito Named State’s Signature Cocktail

Last Thursday, BuzzFeed posted a list of each state’s signature cocktails. The website made their choices based on “a combination of state of origin, popularity, and exclusivity.”

South Carolina’s selection? The Hemingway Mojito by Charleston’s Amen Street. The cocktail includes “Bacardi, sunset-red Italian Campari, muddled mint & grapefruit, soda water, and grapefruit juice.” It may sound like the perfect drink to have in Key West, but I’m sure it’s just as tasty in the Holy City.
