A Four Course Wine Dinner Featuring Adelsheim Vineyard The Establishment will be hosting a Four-Course Wine Dinner on Saturday, March 9th featuring some of Willamette Valley's best wines. Adelsheim Vineyard will be showcasing their Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs with Assistant Winemaker Shaun Vrooman. Chef Elliott Howells has tailored a complimentary menu to highlight these outstanding wines while showcasing our incredible local and regional ingredients. Dinner starts at 6pm with passed hors d'oeuvres in our private dining room. Come join us for a truly exceptional experience! No refunds will be issued after March 2nd.
