The Restoration Hotel has partnered with the wellness team at stillspace Charleston, the Holy City's only dedicated meditation and sound healing studio, to embark on a restorative three-day retreat in September to renew, recharge, and reset for a healthy new year.
This experience will "immerse your mind, body, and soul in a series of holistic sessions, including sound baths, gentle yoga, mindfulness, walking tours, community meals, and more."
