On Saturday, February 10th from 1 pm to 5 pm, Lowcountry Dog Magazine, Hollywood Feed, and Estuary Beans & Barley present the 9th annual Eat, Drink, & Rescue, a free adoption event to raise money for different rescues and find more dogs their forever homes. This event will have live music from Matt MacKelcan and FEEL THE MUSIC UNPLUGGED, food from Bits N Bytes, a special brew of the day ("Nutty's Brew"), adoptable pups from four different rescue groups, and local vendors. The event is free to attend and is dog and family-friendly.
Participating rescues include:
- Bullies 2 the Rescue
- Carolina Poodle Rescue
- Rosie’s Rescue
- Southern Tails for Precious Paws
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome. There will be a “pick a prize” raffle to raise money for the rescues in attendance.
This event raises awareness and money for local rescues and shelters while supporting and promoting like-minded local businesses. It is highly recommended that attendees carpool or rideshare as parking is limited.
This event is being held at Estuary Beans & Barley, 3538 Meeks Farm Rd. on Johns Island.
