Mitchell Schlimer, a Mount Pleasant resident, former Tennis Professional, owner of the former “Mitch Schlimer Tennis Centers,” and inventor of the two-tone tennis ball, is now on a new mission to bring his award-winning “Fine Artography” and it’s therapeutic effects on the hearts and souls of its viewers to Charleston, Kiawah Island, and the world.
In order to accomplish his newest goal, Schlimer joined forces with entrepreneur and award-winning fine art gallery owner Mary Martin who signed him to bring his artography to Charleston and now Kiawah Island where Schlimer's newest exhibition just opened. You can see it throughout the entire lobby at the boutique Andell Inn hotel.
“We now live in an incredibly stressful and uncertain world and his art truly brings joy and a feeling of happiness instantly to those who view it," Martin said. "This is what I instantly experienced when I first met Mitch, and am excited to finally showcase his unique talents and sell what Mitch has been passionately capturing over the last 15 plus years during his truly unique entrepreneurial journey and numerous accomplishments. I actually said to him where have you been and why have we not seen your Artography."
Truth is Mitch’s journey and focus has been in the Entrepreneurial world for the last 47 years until right now, as the time is now to share his unique talent and passion for art and his one of a kind Fine Artography!
