Julia Deckman Studio (JDS) this month began hosting guest artists in a small gallery space dubbed the In Situ Pop-Up Showroom. Each month, a different emerging artist will be exhibiting a cohesive body of work. The exhibitions are kicked off with a free-to-attend opening night.
Their spring/summer opening night schedule is as follows:
JDS hopes that artists will use this space as an opportunity to experiment, lean into the ideas they find most exciting, curate these thoughts into a cohesive show, and ultimately translate them to the public.
The showroom is booked for the 2021 year and proposals are currently closed.
JDS is located at 2008 Wappoo Drive.
