The highly anticipated High Water Festival, curated by the Holy City-based folk duo Shovels & Rope, returns to Riverfront Park in North Charleston this Saturday and Sunday. High Water Festival integrates music, food, and art, while also positively impacting the greater Charleston community, donating over $50,000 and 3,000 volunteer hours to the festival's non-profit partners, Charleston Waterkeeper, The Greenheart Project, and Water Mission.
In addition to Shovels & Rope, artists performing at the two-day event include Grammy award-winning Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, Band of Horses, Brandi Carlile, Jeff Tweedy, and more.
