Berkeley County Library System (BCLS), Mobile Library, will host Mini-Career Fair on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 1 pm to 3 pm at Goose Creek Library, 325 Old Moncks Corner Road, Goose Creek.
"The Mobile Library is excited to announce the Full-Time Mobile Outreach position," said Barbara Ash, Mobile Outreach Services Librarian. "Chromebook laptops will also be available for applicants to apply for the position."
In addition, interested applicants may apply for Berkeley County Government positions in various departments by creating an account and selecting a Username and Password. The Mobile Library is a full-service library which offers numerous resources and materials to customers by providing access to library services in the rural areas of Berkeley County and to citizens who face obstacles in accessing resources. Materials available for checkout include, but are not limited to, Chromebook laptops, free Wi-Fi service and Hotspots, Playaway Audiobooks, Wonderbook & VOX audio-enabled books, audiobooks, CDs DVDs, and kids learning tablets. Digital resources include hoopla eBooks, audiobooks, movies, music, and Libby eBooks and audiobooks. The Mobile Library also offers printing and copying services, reference assistance, and children's take-home crafts.
