Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) announces a Book Tasting for third-eighth grade students on Friday, June 17th, 2022 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Moncks Corner Library.
Appetizers will consist of Inequalities, Chosen Ones, Paranormal, Fairy Tales, Historical Fiction, and Thrillers. Main Courses will be Literary Classics, Horses, Science, Family Drama, Disabilities, and Dystopia followed by Dessert including Sci-Fi, Photography, Award-Winning, Female Lead, Coming of Age, and Magic.
Students will be required to pre-register at berkeleylibrarysc.libcal.com/calendar/monckscorner
“Books are like food; we are using it to attract the appetite of the participant,” said Florence Lewis-Coker, Senior Branch Librarian.
