Participants will learn how to make an easy, no-cook peach jam using fresh peaches. Samples will be served!
"No-cook fruit jams are easy to make. Most do not require heat and can be frozen to enjoy later," Williford said. "Bring your bag lunch to eat during the presentation and receive a sweet treat to sample at the end."
