Coterie has announced the next installment in its Sunday Sundowner takeover series. This pop-up, “Goodnight, Day,” will take place during the Spoleto Festival. Guests can attend the pop-up on Sunday, June 4th from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Chef Nikko Cagalanan will take over the kitchen to create a menu of Filipino fare. During the event, there will also be two acclaimed mixologists taking over Coterie's bar – Michael Timmons and Sarah Masbad. Innovative cocktail specialists from NYC, the pair has curated a libation menu inspired by Filipino and Indian flavors. In the spirit of this event being held during Spoleto, Timmons will also bring his artwork to display and sell.
