Retired Police Chief and North Charleston Mayoral Candidate, Reggie Burgess today announced that his campaign headquarters will open on Sunday, July 23rd with a welcome celebration for supporters.
“I am very excited to open our headquarters,” Burgess said. “We are in a great location that allows everyone in North Charleston to have access to our campaign. We welcome everyone to come by from 2 pm to 5 pm. I want to talk to everyone and meet them and let them know that we will not stop pushing forward.”
Since announcing his retirement and subsequent intention to run for Mayor in April, Burgess has led all candidates in fundraising, having raised over $120,000 (according to State Ethics Filings).
“The support for our Campaign has been tremendous,” Burgess said. “This is truly an exciting time for us.“
The Burgess For Mayor Headquarters will be located at 5603-B Rivers Avenue in. North Charleston.
