“Driven to Give”, a national fundraising initiative, will be present at Palmetto Ford Lincoln tomorrow from 10 am – 6 pm. For every test drive of a new Lincoln, the campaign will donate $20 to the Lowcountry Food Bank (LCFB).
According to representatives from LCFB, “q ualifying test drives are brief and only LCFB staff will be riding along on them. ‘Driven to Give’ is a no pressure, fun and easy way to support people struggling with hunger in our area.”
Local food trucks will be in attendance and will be donating a portion of their proceeds from the event to the LCFB. Outta My Huevos, Dulce, Roadside Seafood, Autobanh, and Cast Iron are all expected to be at the event. There will also be a local DJ on-site providing the entertainment.
Palmetto Ford Lincoln is located at 1625 Savannah Highway in Charleston.
