Save the Light will be holding an Oyster Roast on Bowens Island this Sunday beginning at 2 pm. The event features all-you-can eat oysters, hot dogs, chili, and deserts. There will also be beer and wine available. The Shakin’ Martinis and the Dreamland Band will perform.
Tickets are $25 and 100% of the proceeds are used to support the restoration and preservation of the Morris Island Lighthouse.
