The Summerville studio, which should be open during the final week of August, will be located in Suite D at 195 Farmington Road, Suite D. They are already accepting member applications.

Here is some more information provided by the studio:
“reFORM Studios tracks weight and inches in addition to cardiovascular health and strength, to help members see how much they improve every 4 weeks.
Members choose either a private training program or a more social semi-private program of very small groups of 2-4 people. Cobb has also licensed a world-class nutrition program called the TakeDown Challenge to help with what she says clients feel is the biggest challenge to their weight or fitness goals- eating habits.
‘We really wanted to be able to offer everything a person would need to change their health, for good: The exercise, the nutrition, and the accountability and support to put it into a complete program and truly live a healthier lifestyle.’
Members have achieved a range of goals, from losing 20 lbs to 70 lbs, training for a half marathon, and getting back in shape after pregnancy.
The 30-minute workouts range from planks to steps to free-lifting kettle bells. And the workout routines are never the same.
‘Our mission at reFORM Studios is to be helping 300 Charleston area locals be actively improving their health and fitness every single month. We're so excited to be able to serve more people now with our second location!’ shares Cobb.”
