Credit: Barsa (Facebook) Barsa Tapas & Lounge has announced they have a new menu that was created (in part) by new sous chef James Burge. Burge, who was most recently at Barcelona Wine Bar in Atlanta and Connecticut, has opened multiple tapas restaurants in the Northeast.
