Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce the addition of Jessica Partain, Esq. (above), to their team of highly skilled attorneys. Partain brings over a decade of experience in family law and has a proven track record of success in handling complex family law matters. Partain’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, and support. She has earned a reputation for being a fierce advocate for her clients and is known for her ability to achieve favorable outcomes in even the most contentious cases. The group is chaired by Rene Stuhr Dukes. Partain is the latest well-respected and well-known family law attorney to join the group.

Partain is a civil court arbitrator and mediator and is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar and admitted to practice in Federal Court. Originally from Anderson, South Carolina, Jessica is a Clemson University and a Charleston School of Law alumna. After earning her law degree, Jessica returned to Charleston Law, where she served as an adjunct Legal Research and Writing professor for several years.
