The city has crawled for their food not once, but twice, but now it’s time to graduate to walking!
The Dishcrawl Charleston crew just announced their third foodie event – The Dishwalk of Historic Downtown Charleston on February 3rd. The name isn’t the only thing that is different about this edition of their popular event.
The biggest and best change is that there will be 8 participating restaurants (as opposed to the normal 4). That means walkers (not “The Walking Dead” kind) get double the Lowcountry food samples at this event. Plus, this will be a self-guided tour, so you are not tied to a specific group and can visit the establishments in whichever order you see fit. There will also be drink specials available at some of the locations.
The fun starts at 2:30 pm at the fountain in front of Marion Square. Tickets are $40 per walker as long as you buy them in advance.
