Ben and Jerry’s will be making your Valentine’s Day even sweeter this year by giving away some free ice cream! Participating Scoop Shops will be giving out Charleston native Stephen Colbert’s Americone Dream from 5 pm – 8 pm. The giveaway is to celebrate the 5-year anniversary of the flavor. It would be hard to believe the Holy City Scoop Shops would not be participating, considering Colbert is a former resident of the city, but no official word has been passed on yet. You can find the local shops on Market Street downtown or on Ocean Blvd on Isle of Palms.
