Legendary comedian and South Carolina native Chris Rock recently visited the International African American Museum in downtown Charleston. The museum on Monday shared a post on Instagram detailing Rock's visit (see below).
Rock was also recently seen at Saffron Restaurant and Bakery on East Bay Street.
Rock is widely regarded as one of the greatest standup comics of all time after decades of success and critical acclaim. He is known for the popular stand-up specials like “Bring the Pain,” “Bigger & Blacker,” “Never Scared,” “Kill the Messenger,” and “Chris Rock: Tambourine.” Rock has earned several awards including three Grammys and four Emmys.
