Due to potential impacts from Hurricane Helene, Charleston County Public Library (CCPL) branches and offices will open at 11 am on Friday, Sept. 27. As a reminder, with the exception of the West Ashley Library which closed at 3 pm, all branches and offices will close at 6 pm today.
Book drops and automated material returns will also be closed during this time. Patrons are asked to not leave items outside of the book drops. As a reminder, patrons may still access CCPL's digital resources during the closures by visiting ccpl.org.
The meeting of the CCPL Board of Trustees, previously scheduled for today, will now be held on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 5:30 pm at the Mt. Pleasant Library.
