The Beach Company announced today that Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Dan Doyle (right) was recognized by GlobeSt. as a top individual in the outlet's Influencers in Retail Real Estate awards.
The outlet's Retail Real Estate Influencer list recognizes commercial and mixed-use real estate developers, investors, tenants, brokers, managers and consultants who have made significant industry impacts.
“With over 25 years of industry experience, Dan's breadth of experience in the mixed-use and retail environment has been integral to The Beach Company's expansion throughout the Southeast and we are grateful to have him as a part of our team,” said John Darby, CEO of The Beach Company. “Dan has earned his reputation through successful leadership and management of a continuous pipeline of projects through the Great Recession and the pandemic such as The Jasper in Charleston and Canvas Lofts in Greenville, among others.”
Doyle joined The Beach Company in 2004, with the role of expanding the company's multifamily residential real estate portfolio throughout the southeast. Today, he is responsible for all development, marketing and asset and property management functions of The Beach Company. In his 19-year tenure at The Beach Company, Doyle has worked to expand the 78-year-old company from a multimillion-dollar multifamily portfolio to a $1.5+ billion portfolio of Class-A multifamily and mixed-use properties.
Doyle has vast experience and success working with municipalities, neighborhood groups, architects and builders to bring vibrant communities to life. Under Doyle's leadership, The Beach Company has expanded to more than 25 cities in the Southeast to include dynamic emerging cities such as Greenville, SC, Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, and Huntsville, AL.
