This GivingTuesday, December 3, Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary is accepting donations to help care for the 200+ animals that call the Sanctuary home. GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. This year, Hallie Hill's annual GivingTuesday fundraiser aims to raise $50,000.
Donations to Hallie Hill will help pay for the myriad costs of providing shelter, medical care, and socialization to every animal under the care of the sanctuary. Even the smallest donation can make a huge impact on the life of a dog or cat in need. A $10 donation will cover the cost of microchipping or vaccinating, $15 will cover heartworm prevention for a month, $20 will feed a dog for a month, $50 will cover spaying or neutering, a $100 donation will cover 100 days of arthritis pain medication for 1 senior dog, and a $500 donation will treat a dog for heartworm disease.
Executive Director of Hallie Hill, Jennifer Middleton, says, "If you love cats and/or dogs and believe that many need a second chance (even if they are considered an underdog or a little less adoptable than most), we would ask you to consider supporting Hallie Hill this year on Giving Tuesday. My hope is that each of you can give whatever amount works for you, as every dollar makes a difference in the lives of our deserving animals!"
