On Saturday, September 28th, Wild Common will host an exclusive chef collaboration dinner featuring Atlanta-based Chef Freddy Money from the Michelin-starred restaurant, Atlas. Timed to the Food & Wine Classic, Wild Common’s Orlando Pagán, a 2021 James Beard Award semifinalist, and Chef Money will present a tasting menu centered around the tangy sweetness of tomatoes and locally sourced ingredients.
The dinner will showcase some of Wild Common’s beloved Lowcountry dishes, enhanced with Atlas’ artfully plated American cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients and tomato touches in each dish.
The five-course tasting menu dinner will be comprised of three seating times at 6 pm, 7 pm, and 8 pm and the menu is a follows:
- Course 1 - Jammie Dodgers, Gazpacho, Tomato Tartlet, Local Crab, Regiis Ova Osetra Caviar Macaron
- Course 2 - Not Your Average Tomato Salad
- Course 3 - Diver Scallop (Poached in Smoked Tomato Butter, Brown Butter Sabayon)
- Course 4: Westholme Wagyu (Assorted Condiments & Pickles)
- Course 5: Baked Alaska (Tomato, Cornbread)
Tickets option include an optional wine pairing. Ticket purchases can be made in advance on Resy. This evening is a unique event with a chef collaboration of ingredients and flavors, because of this allergy or dietary restrictions will not be accommodated.
