On Monday, April 16th, Warehouse hosts their “Tiki Takeover” with South Seas Oasis from 5 pm to 10 pm.
Warehouse chef Jason Daly and Chef Keegan Wiles of South Seas Oasis will be coal roasting a 35-pound pig and preparing a menu of eight tiki-inspired dishes for guests to enjoy. The limited menu will feature items like Coal Roasted Pork Poutine, BBQ Pork Bombers, as well as a Heart of Palm salad. Guest bartender Michael Leslie will be creating a menu of tropical drinks and wheeling a punch cart through the restaurant throughout the night.
