Due to overwhelming demand, The Glass Onion today announced that their breakfast and brunch service will return later this month. The new service will be available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 11 am and on Saturdays from 8 am to 3 pm.
Standout dishes on the forthcoming menu include:
- Farmer Frittata - Goat Lady goat cheese and seasonal vegetables
- Fried Green Tomato Po-Boy - pimento cheese, bibb lettuce, and duke’s on Leidenheimer french bread
- Glass Onion's twist on a classic French Toast with pecans, maple syrup, and peach jam
- Belle’s Breakfast Sausage (pictured) - lovingly named after Stewart’s daughter and great-grandmother
“We are excited for the return of breakfast and brunch service at The Glass Onion,” said chef/owner Chris Stewart. “Our new menu speaks to what we’re known for at our core – the use of high-quality and locally sourced ingredients – but unique in flavor profiles and presentations. I am particularly excited for this next step as it is something our guests have asked for time and time again; we’re confident it will be a big hit!”
Following breakfast service, the Glass Onion team will roll into their all-day lunch and dinner menus, which are available until 9 pm Monday to Saturday.
