This week, Taco Boy unveiled some new beverage additions to its seasonal spring/summer menu.
Some of the new additions include:
- Tropical Frozen Margaritas — mango with salt; hibiscus with cinnamon-fennel salt; strawberry with salt; pineapple-passion fruit with house tajin
- Blueberry Crush — Tito's Vodka infused with blueberries, blueberry-lavender cordial, fresh lemon, brut sparkling wine
- Mr. Prickly's Rum Punch — Plantation Dark, Cruzan light, Peirre Ferrand Dry Curacao, passion fruit puree, pineapple, orange juices, house tajin
- Sandia — Lunazul blanco, triple sec, fresh watermelon and lemon juices, agave, salt
- Carajillo (available brunch only) — tequila, licor 43, one nation coffee

And Mr. Prickly's balances the vanilla and molasses tones of light and dark rum with dry curacao and drives it home with the sweet acidity of fresh orange, pineapple, and passion fruit.”
