- Chilaquiles (pictured) with tinga chicken, egg, and ranchero sauce
- Cornflake-crusted Churro French Toast with whipped cream and spiced maple syrup
- Various breakfast tacos
- Croque Señor Quesadilla (fried chicken, Monterey Jack, jalapeño-lime mayo, and spicy maple syrup)
The brunch menu also includes items like Blood Orange Mimosas and Bloody Marias (made with tequila). You can see the full menu here.
Additionally, Taco Boy Folly Beach will offer grab-and-go bites out of their new breakfast Taco Truck, located just behind the restaurant on E. Cooper Ave. The $4 breakfast tacos, served Wednesday through Sunday from 8 am to 11 am, include smoked brisket, carnitas, chicken tinga, chorizo, and a meat-free version, all with scrambled eggs. You can see the breakfast taco options here.
Additionally, the full brunch menu is available for takeout through the Taco Truck on weekends during brunch hours, 10 am to 2 pm. Diners can call ahead (843-883-2038) or order online at tacoboy.net for takeout. The Taco Truck, which is open seasonally through October, is servicing all takeout orders for the Folly Beach location.
