Southern Living this week released their list of the South's Best New Restaurants of 2023 and Charleston’s Pink Bellies made the cut. Restaurants all over the South were evaluated by Southern Living editors based on their food, service, hospitality, and how the restaurant supports and treats its staff and the wider community.
Pink Bellies, the Vietnamese-American restaurant from Chef Thai Phi, was ranked 16th by the periodical. The restaurant is located at 595 King Street, Suite 1.
