This past Saturday, I was not only lucky enough to attend the inaugural Southern Fried Chicken Challenge, I was also asked to judge the competition. Needless to say, I had been looking forward to the event for weeks.
Salthouse Catering won both the People’s Choice and Judges’ Award.
