Mex 1 Coastal Cantina just announced a new specialty cocktail, and it’s only a matter of time before it starts popping up on your Instagram feed.
Called The Alchemist, the name alludes to the magical side of the drink – the cocktail is served with a “crystal ball” on top that disappears before you take a sip.
The cocktail includes their house-infused strawberry cucumber tequila, a dash of Plantation pineapple rum, Aperol, lemon, and honey. It’s then topped with a citrus-flavored mist bubble (right).
The cocktail is currently available at all three Mex 1 locations.
