As part of Mellow Mushroom’s company-wide rebrand in November, the pizza concept will soon debut a new purple mocktail, the Lavender Groove. The mocktail is the latest addition to Mellow’s selection of non-alcoholic beverage offerings.
Available from January 2nd through March 4th at Mellow Mushroom’s 160+ locations nationwide, the zero-proof beverage is mixed with Monin Blueberry Purée and Monin Lavender Syrup and is garnished with a dried lavender sprig. For those looking for a little extra buzz, diners will also have the option to add their liquor of choice (Mellow recommends Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka).
