Maya Launches Happy Hour Menu

Downtown restaurant Maya is launching happy hour service on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 pm to 7 pm. The offerings include food specials and $8 margaritas.

The opening menu includes:

Food

Salsa Mesa ($5)
- Served with totopos
Aguachile ($12)
- Poached shrimp, cucumber, radish serrana chile, sea beans, in a spicy melon agua fresca
Snapper Crudo ($12, pictured)
- Strawberry Jamaica shrub, radish, serrano chile, seabeans
Chiles Toreados ($6)
- Blistered shishito peppers, soy lime, and sea salt
Carnitas de Pollo Taco ($8)
- Confit chicken, salsa verde, escabeche, chicharron
Al Pastor Taco ($8)
- Spit roasted pork in adobo, salsa verde, salsa roja, pineapple, onion, and cilantro
Enchiladas ($15)
- Potato and cheese stuffed enchiladas, guajillo salsa, sliced avocado, crème, pepitas, onion, and watercress

Drink

Stone Buenaveza ($5)
House Margarita ($8)
