The Home Team Pitmasters
A trio of pitmasters from Fiery Ron's Home Team BBQ will be heading across the pond this September to participate in the 2014 Meatopia UK Food Festival.
Aaron Siegel, Taylor Garrigan, and Madison Ruckel were invited to participate in the London-based event from September 6th through the 7th. The team will be featured on the second day.
The Meatopia festival celebrates meat-centric dishes and sustainable farming. The Home Team BBQ group is one of a just a few US teams selected to participate in this year’s event. Pitmasters from places likes the UK, Singapore, and Brazil will also be in attendance. For more about the festival visit the official website and check out a video recap of the 2013 event below:
