Herd Provisions today shared the details on their new fall menu. You can see some of the highlights below.
- House Made Burrata – roasted squash puree, red wine spiced poached pears, balsamic, sage, prosciutto & a baguette
- Coconut Red Curry (v/gf) – chickpeas, local autumn squash, tomato, coconut & jasmine rice
- Pan Seared Scallops (gf) – vadouvan cream, crispy brussels & potatoes
- Soy Marinated Duck (gf) – pan-seared duck breast, confit duck leg hash & tamarind umami sauce
- Roasted Mixed Mushrooms (v/gf) – parsley, garlic & sherry vinegar
- Sea Island Red Pea Salad (v) – pickled okra, red onion, celery & vinaigrette

Herd Provisions is open Monday-Thursday from 3-10pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-10pm. Dinner service is available from 5-10pm Monday-Saturday, with lunch served on Friday and Saturday from 11am-3pm. The grocery section is open during hours of service, and guests can order from the online Butcher shop for pickup. Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are always welcome.
