Herd Provisions, the restaurant and bar in Wagener Terrace, is celebrating their five year anniversary with a party on Saturday, August 24 from 2 pm to 6 pm. The team will commemorate their milestone with a day full of food, drinks, live music, games, a raffle with prizes, and more.
Plus, Herd's team will partake in friendly competition as they will be divided up into teams to prepare a variety of globally-inspired dishes using local, seasonal ingredients for party attendees to enjoy and vote on for "best dish." The winner will be announced at 5:30 pm.
Tickets, which include unlimited food and two drink tickets, are available here for $125 per adult and $50 per child 12 & under.
In addition to local beers and hand selected wines, specialty cocktails will include a Passionfruit Punch with silver rum, passion fruit liqueur, pineapple & citru, and the Tito’s Julius with orange, vanilla, and tropical spice.
Station One
- Truffle butter aged A5 wagyu tartare
- Local beans with garlic & pecan
Station Two
- Housemade shrimp bratwurst with crispy fried polenta cake
- Grilled corn with garlic herb butter & espelette pepper
Station Three
- Paella with chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables & saffron
- Ceviche with local fish, leche del tigre, aji rocoto, toasted chulpi corn & creole salad
Station Four
- Crispy Thai beef roll
- Vietnamese bean sprout salad with sweet & smoky mango
